2-Step Verification provides stronger security for your Google Account by requiring. Absolutely insane that I can access support with my bank, Amazon, PayPal and countless others, but Google has no support. Google Authenticator generates 2-Step Verification codes on your phone. I am paying for a service to store my files that I can't access and I can't even cancel as I need to be logged into my account. What is frustrating is that I pay for Google One and there is no email, phone, or chat to get help. What is crazy is that I received a notification on my backup email about my sign in being blocked initially and can get a text code to my phone to recall my email address, which indicates that both my backup email and phone number are associated with my locked out email address but yet Google can't send me an 8 digit code to either device. I've tried through my known IP, old phones, tablets, and laptops to no success. Upon rebooting my phone was no longer recognized as a known device and now I'm unable to access my Google account.

I decided to opt out of the beta and reset my phone to Android 11. Unfortunately the same thing happened to me a few days ago except, I was in an Android beta and my phone kept crashing.
I'm really desperate because i have A LOT of important stuff in this account, photos, videos, emails, monetized youtube account, drive with important files and i don't know what to do anymore. and advertising companies (which is how Google earns its living). When i try to recover the account option, it tries to send an email to the same email address that i'm trying to acess, even if i have a backup email linked to this email (it doesnt make sense, i'm trying to recover the account and google send the recovery email to the email with the problem instead of sending the recovery email to the recovery email account that i registered). Instead of Gmail, I opted to utilize an old-fashioned, desktop email client and POP. I always format my computer more than once every year and i never was asked for a 8 digit code before. Last week i formatted my PC and when i tried to acess my account it asked for a 8 digit code, i don't have idea if i ever saved this 8 digit code. I have a google account that i created in 2009 and i use it for almost everything, it's my main email and i have a lot of important files, such as photos, videos, college work, etc. I'm having a HUGE problem here, i hope someone have a light for me:
